Your contribution will help make our Super Bowl-themed dinner a touchdown!

Important Reminder: Savings Seats at The Chateau

We completely understand that sitting with friends is important to many of you, and some of you like to show up early to place name cards to ensure you can save seats. However, we kindly ask that you do not arrive at The Chateau before 3:30 pm on the day of the event to allow staff and our decorations team ample time to set up the venue without disruption.

In addition, we would like to remind everyone to limit the number of seats saved at any one table to a maximum of six. This will ensure that all members have the opportunity to find a spot and enjoy the event comfortably. We understand the temptation to save a large section for your group, but when this happens, it becomes difficult for those arriving later to find seats, which can be frustrating.

Starting in January, if you are trying to save seats for more than six people, we ask that you spread the seats across multiple tables. For example:

  • If you have a group of 8, save four seats at two tables next to each other.

  • If your group is 24, save six seats across four tables close by.

This approach will also give you a chance to meet new people—what a great way to expand your social circle! If you would like to ensure that up to six seats are saved at a table, please try to arrive by 5:30 pm to place name cards or napkins on the backs of chairs. After 6 pm, it’s nearly impossible to get groups of 4-6 people seated together, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this a warm, welcoming experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us maintain an environment where all members can find a seat, relax, and enjoy the event together.

More Fun Ahead:

Be sure to mark these additional events on your calendar! We’ve got a ton of excitement coming your way.

  • February 2, 9, 16, 23: Bridge Games

  • February 4: Happy Hour at Diamond Peak

  • February 5, 12, 26: Après Ski Lunches
